This popular bubble tea brand from Vancouver is opening its first flagship store in downtown Bellevue, WA. The 1,300-square-foot street-level café beneath an office building will serve not only its signature bubble tea drinks, but also coffee and light desserts, offering diverse seating and a cozy atmosphere for both office workers and visitors.

Choo Tea’s branding concept focuses on creating innovative flavors and unique ingredients while preserving traditional Chinese tea culture. The store’s design continues the visual language of its branding, with curving wall surfaces connecting the three main customer-facing areas: the tea bar, coffee bar, and photo wall. The bright white curving outer wall and the wooden inner back wall represent the harmony between modern and traditional aesthetics, echoing the brand’s identity.

The store is currently under construction and is expected to open in the summer of 2025.
