A 16,000-square-foot winery building consisting of a wine storage warehouse, tasting room, restaurant, and rooftop bar. What began as a simple boxy warehouse evolved into a bold structure defined by dramatic rooflines and a striking overhang that shelters the rooftop bar and creates a memorable arrival experience. The building is primarily wood structure, with selective steel elements to support the large spans and cantilevers, posing a structural challenge that required close coordination between architecture and engineering. The double-height wine storage anchors one side of the building, while the expansive roof visually ties the entire composition together, offering shaded outdoor space and a strong architectural identity.
